Pastor Louis Schulz

Pastor Schulz has faithfully served and given his life to the ministry of Faith Baptist Church for over 27 years.  Known for his rich, doctrinal, and practical preaching and teaching ministry, Pastor Schulz has been a model of faithful and wise leadership.  His wife, Terry (pictured right), serves in our music ministry and leads in our drama ministry, while helping out in many other areas.

Pastor Schulz is also known for his love of the outdoors and adventure, as he loves to fish the Florida coast and deep-sea dive every year.  As an accomplished artist, he also enjoys painting.  His greatest joy, however, is preaching the word and gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Jason McGrath

Jason joined the family and staff at Faith Baptist Church in the summer of 2005, called as an associate pastor to serve in the area of music and administration. Jason leads the music ministry at Faith and helps administer in different areas of the ministry, as well as leading the Resolved Adult Bible Fellowship Group (25-35 age group).

Jason and his wife Lawanda have three children, ages seven, five, and two. Jason enjoys reading books and blogs, preaching and teaching the Word, singing, softball, and running.

Pastor Matt Thomas

Matt has led the Teen & Children's Ministry since his arrival in 2008.  He has a regular preaching ministry in both the youth ministry and in the church worship services; and he also assists in several areas of administration, most notably the planning and organization of Teen Adventure Camp, Teen Adventure Activities, and Vacation Bible School.

Matt is pictured here with his wife Morgan, an accomplished pianist who serves in our youth and music ministry. Matt loves singing & playing guitar, fishing, sports, and spending time with his wife.

Pastor Al Knipfer

Pastor Al, our pastor of pastoral care, is a charter member of Faith Baptist Church.  Having served in numerous capacities at Faith over the years, Al is very well acquainted with the work of the ministry.  He currently serves Faith Baptist Church in the area of visitation and as financial secretary, while offering assistance and counsel to the deacon board, and overseeing the new membership process.  Pastor Al is pictured to the left with his wife Linda, who serves as an assistant to our Sunday School Superintendent.
